الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
1. Shipping Arrangement and Coordination
To request dealers to open LC or advanced TT payments before ex-factory date.
To check the LC details.
To forward shipping instructions and all shipping documents between dealer s nominated forwarders and factory s forwarder.
2. Documentation, Attestation and Legalization
To prepare shipping documents based on LC or dealer s requirements.
To prepare certificate of origin through online system and to arrange attestation and legalization from Chamber and Ministries.
3. Banks Trade and Finance Operation
To check LCs with banks.
To submit documents for LCs negotiation.
4. Import/ Export Customs Clearance
To handover documents to agents for Customs clearance.
To check BOE for Customs clearance.
5. Work closely with other members of the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize task effectively
Strong attention to detail
Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management
