Functional Accountabilities
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
- Analysing the requirements and do a feasibility check with source systems
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Creating functional specifications for solutions.
- Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
- Implementing and testing of solutions.
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change. F
- Develop internal business intelligence reports - including interactive business intelligence reports, strategic management reports, and ad hoc reports - on a prioritized basis.
- Carry out data modeling and build scenarios to allow decision support.
- Provide timely and accurate information in a way that is user-friendly, usable, and digestible.
- Support the development of the business KPI library by adding new business metrics and dimensions.
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree is preferred.
Minimum Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer.
- Strong Knowledge of Power BI and SQL
