Our client is a reputed food & manufacturing company in the UAE that deals in its brands and private labelling across the region. They are looking to hire a Receptionist /Front desk officer (Emirati National) to be based in their office inDubai.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours:8 am to 5 pm (1-hour break
In this role, you will be responsible for handling the following duties:
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Scheduling appointments.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following requirements :
- Associate s or bachelor s degree in a related field.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Must be UAE National
