الوصف الوظيفي
Black & Grey HR is hiring a Head of Business for a 360 media solutions provider . The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up the PR & Social Media vertical from scratch.The candidate must have a good sense of digital media and good experience and contacts in UAE.
The basic responsibilities include -
- Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
- Promoting and developing the company s brand.
- Finding new business opportunities.
- Building a good relationship with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Creating business plans and strategies to improve the overall business sales.
- Analyzing and gathering data and information about the market.
- Developing new business partners.
- Creating the structure
- Setting milestones and deliverables
- Handling the finances & P&L
- Building a team
- Heading the digital business
Requirements
- Proven experience as business manager or similar role in UAE.
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Good knowledge of digital media
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Strong analytical ability
- Problem-solving aptitude
