We are looking for anLegal Counselfor apermanent position with anew Electrical Carcompany recently established in UAE.
The company is listed in NASDAQ and its corporate headquarters is located inDubai Digital Park.
The company s objective is to be the first UAE company to develop and produce a premium electric passenger car in the UAE.
Working under the supervision of the companys General Counsel the candidate will :

Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment (2-3 years of experience0 Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies High degree of professional ethics and integrity Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information Outstanding communication skills BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an advantage;
