Senior Manager - IT Delivery & Business Enablement

• Oversee business relations with internal clients at C-level and department heads and align IT with the business strategy
  
• Initiate an appropriate, cost-effective IT and application strategy to support business strategy and growth plans
  
• Act as the single point of contact for all IT related matters to the business
  
• Provide calculated direction to multiple departments, monitor and review cost-effective key business for all major investments
  
• Negotiate SLAs and service credits with vendors, conduct routine service reviews and escalate at Chief Experience Officer levels on service degradation
  
• Constantly drive service improvement programmes that generates cost efficiencies and also drives effective resource management to optimize resource utilization and cost.
  

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Engineering or MBA is preferred
  
• Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  
• Experience of a minimum of 12 years (with relevant degree) - Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements
  
• Aerospace industry knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies
  
• Must be PMP and SAFe certified
