الوصف الوظيفي
- Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses and employees to assist them on all government related services
- Apply and process all MOHRE & Federal Authority related applications which may include new work permits, employment visas, visa renewals, visa cancelations, labour card renewals, labour card cancellations and labour card
- Coordinate with Company’s Government Relation Officer to arrange weekly passport submissions and collections, provide other support associated with visit to Tawjeeh as
- Renew and update all employees and their dependent visas and labour contracts on timely manner, to guarantee that organization’s records are up to date in MOHRE and Federal Authority Notify employees in advance on their visa and labour card expiry
- Assist with CICPA and Airport Security Pass applications
- Maintain accurate database of employee and dependent personal
- Maintain a smooth workflow by assisting and giving general administrative and clerical support to the management and team
- Deal promptly and productively on general queries about PRO
- Ensure to comply with the organization’s rules and procedure to execute and deliver required services
- Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be
- Logistics job to be done as well
