Financial Analyst

Transaction Delivery and Project Management

1. Deliver high quality work under guidance of the team-lead, meeting project requirements, timelines, accuracy andcompleteness

2. Develop knowledge about high-end, complex Financial Models by analyzing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis to ensure compliance with project documents, accounting and taxationprinciples

3. Conduct business valuations and investment analysis through due diligence and valuations exercises in order to evaluate businesses for investmentopportunities

4. Develop understanding of the commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for ProjectFinancing

5. Support the design and development of best solutions for clients by gathering information and conductinganalysis

6. Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinaryteam

7. Prepare reports, informationmemorandum,

8. summary and presentations

9. Participate in negotiations of commercial and contractual aspects of the projects with banks/financial institutions, contractors, and other third parties under the guidance of team lead

Client Interaction

1. Interact and engage with client teams to understand theirrequirements

2. Respond to client s changing needs and priorities under the guidance of teamlead

3. Support the team in designing and developing solutions to best address client s needs and requirements

Business Development

1. Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, competitors, analyze data and write reports to generate Business Developmentopportunities

2. Support in responding to developmentofproposals requested by potentialclients

Requirements

Educational Experience and Qualifications

1. Masters in Finance from premier B-schools or CA

2. CFA Level 3 cleared will be an asset

3. 1-3 Years of Experience

4. Relevant Experience with international banks, developers/investors/fund or some financial and corporate advisory institutions will be an asset

5. Experience in infrastructure/project finance is preferred

Required Skills

1. Ability to speak French is an asset

2. Knowledge of Financial Modeling and contract analysis

3. Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills

4. Ability to work under pressure

5. Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary team
