• Welcomes guests and provides a high standard of restaurant service.
• Promotes the F&B offer.
• Offers an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints.
• To have a complete knowledge of all food & beverage menus / wine lists and other food and beverage products in details and be able to advise guests accordingly.
• To be responsible for the set-up, implementations, sales and reports of all promotions in the outlet Offer suggestions for future promotions and keep up-to-date with the promotional activities of competitive hotels.
• To ensure that communication is maintained with competitors in order to benefit from information that may be of use in market comparisons.
• To have a complete knowledge of all food & beverage menus / wine lists and other food and beverage products in details and be able to advise guests accordingly.
• Contributes globally to guest satisfaction through the quality of his/her work and exemplary behaviour.
• Helps increase the restaurant's revenue through his/her sales efforts
