We are currently hiring a Trade Marketing Manager for a client who is a leading provider of worldwide smart end-to-end supply chain logistics, enabling the flow of trade across the globe. In this role, the job holder will work as a part of the marketing team to deliver planned revenue, volume, and gross margin of key brands & customers.

Other responsibilities will include.

  • Develop and execute Trade Marketing plans for targeted trade lanes in conjunction with Sales, Pricing, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and execute Sales Operations.
  • Support Sales in Preparing Value Proposals for customers.
  • MIS Performance Reporting on trade plans and sales efforts.
  • Business Margin evaluation and discussions across trade corridors and sales accounts.
  • CRM management Sales Pipeline management, creating dashboards and ensuring process and data management
  • Providing the commercial teams with updated marketing insights with a focus on capacity/pricing across targeted trade lanes/corridors.
  • Lead digital campaigns & lead generation creating awareness of our various logistics products and s vices using email and WhatsApp broadcasts across targeted customers/corridors in conjunction with pricing and sales.
  • Manage and own the Customer Segmentation for Logistics business.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration
  • Experience of 5+ years in the UAE is preferred
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in shipping/logistics, forwarding across trade management, pricing, and marketing functions
  • Must have experience in UAE outbound trades
  • Excellent spoken and written English. Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and partners. Proven ability to build relations
  • Experienced in leading teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to deliver results
