Develop and manage a range of IMT & Prepaid products (including e-money and card products)

Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for specific IMT & Prepaid products (including e-money and card products), including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

Ensure the proper management of KPIs by following through for critical KPIs (monthly/ quarterly active users, number, revenue, EBITDA, active consumer and agency base, marketplace integrations for in-app payments, etc.)

Work with the Growth Head to develop partnering strategy for the marketplace integrations inside app by targeting the most relevant online consumers and vendors/ agencies who will create maximum customer traffic for the app (for e.g. deals with network payment processors like Visa and Mastercard)

Ideate to increase product adoption and success through targeted efforts for identifying and developing customer loyalty programs, and enhancing customer experience through out the customer lifecycle ( for instance card issuance and activation, top-ups and spending, renewals, etc.)

Manage product packaging, bundling and marketing for Lending & Wealth Management products in the consumer products currently in the product portfolio and for other products planned in the roadmap

Leverage user research, feedback (VOC) & analytics to understand consumer pain points, needs/insights and turn insights into product propositions and updates

Visualize the overall UI/UX design needed for the specific consumer products, and work with the Digital Channels & Experience Lead to ensure development and enhancement of IMT & Prepaid products (including e-money and card products) for greater success and functionality
