Undertake overall application management for the enrichment of in-app services and all other digital channels (company website(s), merchant interfaces, direct consumer interfaces, etc.

Visualize the overall UI/UX design needed for products across all digital channel and work with the UI/UX Eng. to ensure development and enhancement for greater success and functionality

Lead the planning of App upgrades and releases in line with release management schedule, to make sure it is well built and successful in the marketplace

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems across the App (for e.g. delayed responsiveness, frequent hanging of the app, etc.)

Perform UI/UX and responsibilities for all products including consumer and merchants- including the process of gathering and evaluating user requirements based on the mapping out of Customer Journey maps, in collaboration with product managers and engineers

Leverage user research, feedback & analytics to understand user pain points and turn insights into product propositions

Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Oversee and approve storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Provide inputs on the illustrated design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Supervise the design of graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, and build page navigation buttons and search fields

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

Drive the preparation and presentation of rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders)

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Plan and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Work with third party UI/UX engineers, including defining and managing agreed upon SLAs for easy management and governance

Provide professional development support, ensure high productivity and engagement of team and act as a guide/mentor for their continual development

Contribute to the development of workforce plans, recruitment and employee development and learning in the team
