Inspection and Safety Trainer

• To attend the EIAC/ENAS/Oil and OIL GAS Assessment to get Accreditations
• To carry out inspection within the scope of activity as per the approved scope in the authorization list.
• To provide support during customer source inspection/audits and audit body surveillance. To Conduct Internal Audits
• Training and monitoring the inspection engineers for safe working practices. Supervision/Witness/Appraisal for the Engineers and authorizing for specific scope
• Preparing & Approving Inspection Procedures, Training/Witness & Plans, Inspection certificates/reports.
• Review of quality aspects of customer specifications and contracts.
• Provide support to new departmental development activities.
• Notify the quality manager regarding the technical/financial requirements as per the demand of the job.
• Ensure a safe working environment for the inspection engineers at the client and office premises.
• Evaluating and assessing the competency and efficiency of inspection engineers.
• Assigning jobs to inspection engineers according to the competency level and efficiency grade.
• Preparing daily inspection summary and maintain the same for future audits and accreditation requirements.
• Handling the complaints from the customers and taking corrective actions.
• Identify the training requirements and communicate it with the top management.
• Conducting First Aid Trainings
• Conducting various kind of OHS Training
• Conduct safety trainings at both training centers and the client site
• Make sure that all the trainings courses that to lead are done and in line with the standards as set by the company.
• Customize the courses to the client as per their requirement. (after the approval from the management)
