Responsibilities:
• Management of customer experience measurement, including loyalty, TCE, TRIM and NPS components
• Share and present all insights with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technology), as we as periodic reporting and presentations to management.
• Responsible for on-field execution of cross-functional NPS as well as customer experience projects.
• Responsible for the successful end-to-end project management and delivery of NPS and customer experience projects in coordination with Key Stakeholders in order to ensure timely completion and compliance to quality standards.
• Must be able to evaluate time/cost/quality and change request.
