سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكتروني• Provide the administrative support required to employees with the objectives of providing timely and quality services within company guidelines and contribute to long term development of the HR functions.
Principal Responsibilities
• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system, as well as retrieving data when necessary.
• Checking varies claims, getting them approved and entering them in the system.
• Calculate and enter variable payments/deductions in the on-line payroll system.
• Generate the payroll salary report and send it to the bank. -
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Approving and processing leave applications for advance and without pay leave.
• Handling the Perdiem of the employees.
• Responsible for preparing the monthly pension deduction sheet for UAE national employees and uploading it on System.
• Update and enter employee records into the payroll system in order to calculate salaries and other employee transactions. Regularly track and update all types of leave balances in order to efficiently manage leave.
