• Support daily facility team plan and follow up the operation complaints and requirements. Maintain Facility store/inventory tracker and order materials up on request.
• Control the authority/Job related documents like JAFZA, DM, DIC, Dubai Police, Civil defence (AUH & DXB), service reports and Landlords documents which needs to be ke in a designated folder/ box files and archiving the documents with program control.
• Handling of AMC, AFL Project and renovation jobs invoices - To submit accounts for payment along with necessary documents (Work completion, operations/business confirmation) with concern LM approval.
• Preparing & submitting, petty cash bill, Fuel reports, PO’s request as per the business requirements.
• Coordinating with Suppliers/Contractors for quotation/ job follow up and timely completion
