Lead Juice Junky

Responsibilities:
• Follow all cash management/register policies and ensure proper cash related practices are followed by the involved shift team
• Enforce positive performance while reporting any misbehaviors to the hierarchy
• Provide quality beverages and food products to all customers in adherence to set recipes, presentation standards and health, safety and sanitation guidelines
• Oversee staff schedules and perform store operations as per shifts assignments while organizing opening/closing duties
• Create a supportive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely coaching and constructive feedback to staff in order to improve their performance
• Ensure that the staff prepare packaged items such as vegetables, yogurt and frozen fruits
