Asst. Legal Counsel

Responsibilities :
• Assist with the implementation of corporate governance policies and monitor the same
• Responsible for compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures and Applicable Laws (particularly corporate, commercial, employment, antitrust, trade, licensing and tax regulations, and intellectual property laws) for the Company and its UAE subsidiaries.
• Monitoring and studying the impact of new laws, decrees regulations and sub-legislation promulgated by the Government and / or legislative, regulatory or other relevant / responsible bodies that affect or may affect the activities of the Corporation in the realm of contracts or related areas.
• Performing any other duties whether related to the above duties or responsibilities or otherwise, but related to the Legal Affairs Department, as may be required by his superiors
