Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts, in compliance with legal and company policies.
Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, taxation, and bank reconciliations.
Conduct detailed analyses to improve budgeting and financial performance.
Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.
Coordinate with the logistics department to streamline processes and ensure accurate financial reporting of logistics operations.
Oversee the calculation of freight costs, profitability analysis, and optimization of shipping methods.
