This organisation is a leader in the world of transport and logistics. They are looking to add an Office365 Engagement Lead to ensure their business extracts maximum value from their implementation of Office 365 and Sharepoint.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for engaging with the business to understand their key drivers and propose innovative solutions for desktop and corporate productivity systems including document management, intranet as well as the governance and security management of these systems.
The key focus will be the design, implementation and improvement of document management, intranet, and collaboration using Microsoft Sharepoint and Teams as well as business support with the Microsoft suite of products including, but not limited to, Outlook, OneDrive and OneNote. There is a secondary focus on advising on and driving business digitalisation improvements with other desktop tools.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of solid relevant experience in technical consulting (possibly as a BA or PM) roles where they can demonstrate a history of delivery of similar solutions specifically with Sharepoint, 365, Azure AD, Teams and Outlook.
Experience in implementing middle office systems (finance and operation) and/or knowledge on Agile Project Management/Oracle BPM modelling techniques and methods of Oracle DB and MS SQL will be an advantage
