Sourcing Manager

Provide support to Schools & School Support Centre, ensuring process compliance and delivering optimal sourcing benefits in conjunction with procurement strategy.
• Produce annual sourcing category business plans with support from the Procurement manager – Schools and VP of Corporate Procurement. Ensure full alignment between GEMS MENASA requirements and Procurement targets.
• Provide expertise and support to GEMS MENASA organizations to drive overall productivity programs, promoting best practice sharing, benchmarking, market intelligence, etc.
• Actively engage with and secure support from key local stakeholders.
• Ensure that market intelligence is updated regularly and ensure that any changes are updated to the category strategy and that the appropriate steps are taken accordingly to mitigate any potential impacts that this information may have on the organization.
• Actively participate and contribute to the development of procurement as a value-adding function within the GEMS MENASA organization.
• Prepare supplier analysis & Spend reports & saving analysis for the category assigned.
