• Review and format contractual documents, and or issue and file these documents as necessary
• Generate reports using Excel in preparation for meetings and presentations
• Prepare presentation materials and gather information as needed
• Ensure the overall maintenance of the office including stationary orders, office management and reception duties
• Provide personal assistance to the partners as required eg. travel, schedule meetings etc
• Verify worker claims and expenses and follow the safety protocols established for this industry
