Interline & Codeshare Manager

Responsibilitis:

• Negotiate interline agreements, including code share pricing and settlement procedures, ?round-the-world? and other multi carrier products and cargo traffic agreements that support competitive and profitable interline pricing and ensure that all commercial interline opportunities can be optimised in a timely and expeditious manner and provide sustainable revenue.

• Develop, implement and manage strategic and tactical pricing and distribution strategies/policies globally using a variety of on-line and direct sales channels in order to strengthen market specific strategies and tactical initiatives that offset low traffic periods and stimulate improved market share.

• Create, implement and manage corporate policies and structures for point of sale promotional productivity linked agency and corporate incentive schemes that assure effective revenue generation and corporate profitability with minimal outlay.

• Identify, devise and recommend to the regional sales organizations, pricing distribution strategies and policies that optimize sustainable, long-term revenue generation through appropriate and available channels such as global GDS, specified internal and external web portals, agency and corporate accounts and facilitate their implementation.

• Monitor competitive, political and economic market activities and ensure the continued achievement of corporate objectives by proactively adjusting current interline policies and products.

• On an ongoing basis, track and monitor the results of interline pricing programs and initiatives and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the continued realization of financial objectives.
