Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the visibility of the product line in collaboration with Visual Merchandising
• Make regular reports to the Boutique Management
• Optimize inventory management and follow sell-through and inventory objectives for his category
• Coach the team to bring it to a high level of style expertise and client experience
• Maximize the potential of the individual, define the priority actions of individual skills development and monitor them while ensuring regular communication to the Deputy Manager on this topic
• Perform quantitative analyses to make recommendations related to business and product strategy
• Federate and motivate the team towards the achievement of commercial objectives via regular one-to-one follow-up meetings
• Ensure the teams proper understanding and deployment of the House’s strategy
• Set up action plans aimed at developing business and performance of the activity
