Sr. Security Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Design and coordinate cohesive responses to security events that involve multiple teams.
• Learn about operational business functions and how systems and software enable our customer and partner journey.
• Confidently and intelligently respond to security incidents, proactively considering how to prevent recurrence of similar incidents.
• Build security utilities and tools that enable security operations at high speed and wide scale. Develop detections and alerts to identify potential incidents.
• Recognize, adopt and instill best practices in security engineering fields throughout the organization.
• Fulfill regular on-call responsibilities.
• Evaluate impact of current security trends, advisories publications, and academic research. Coordinate responses as necessary across affected teams.
• Communicate effectively at multiple levels of sensitivity to multiple audiences.
