• Owns all facets of the account management process for large, complex strategic accounts
• Acts as strategic and influential partner for customers, developing solutions, prioritizing initiatives, and appropriately allocating resources for long-term success
• Use Voice of the Customer, experimentation, competitive analysis, and industry knowledge to set global quality standards and specifications for all product media for Amazon
• Establish and maintain processes to formally intake, process, and resolve change requests to product media specifications
• Incorporates customer feedback into planning cycle
• Builds reports for external and internal partners (e.g. weekly/monthly business reviews)
• Uses data and analytics to make day-to-day business decisions and achieve results
• Understands terms of contracts or agreements and uses that information to influence business decisions
• Communicates effectively with peer levels of management, demonstrates the ability to be persuasive
• Drives medium or large size projects or contribute to a larger initiative
• Dives deep on customer-level issues and delivers recommendations
• Identifies and develops new business partner recommendations
• Builds business partner-level account plans
