- Coordinating with IT personnel to plan and implement new technology initiatives that may impact operations
- Developing and implementing new operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Creating reports detailing operational status, performance metrics, and identifying trends that may impact future performance
- Analyzing data to identify operational inefficiencies and devise solutions to improve efficiency
- Managing employees to ensure that they are following established procedures and policies
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that operations are running smoothly
- Reviewing reports generated by systems to ensure that all data is accurate and up to date
- Monitoring the performance of digital assets to ensure that they are functioning properly
- Ensuring that the company’s website is operating at optimal speed, functionality, and security levels
