Design Manager

• Coordinating between the stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  
• Lead the design team and all presentations with the clients.
  
• Manage the overall design process.
  
• Oversee all the coordination between the project team and sub-consultants.
  
• Chair client meetings and lead the client presentations.
  
• Manage and oversee project teams across all sectors and disciplines to establish design solutions that can be technically implemented within the constracts of the project goals, budgets, available time and within local ordinances and codes.
  
• Manage the design process with all departments.
  
• Monitor and flag potential design variations from the original scope and prepare the supported technical documentation.
  
• Prepare documentation and scope of work required by the sub-consultancy services.
  

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors in Architecture
  
• 10-12 years experience
  
• Must have previously worked for a developer and be able to demonstrate your design skills.
  
• Must have previous experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Fluent in English
  
• Middle East experience essential
