Principal Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Proactively communicate and build strong credibility with the customer to become a trusted advisor and “go-to” technical counsel while collaborating with project/program management, sales and the broader delivery team
• Understand customer business requirements and define future state roadmap, design end-to-end solutions and provide technical oversight through delivery execution
• Align broader delivery team with customer expectations/outcomes and provide iterative technical thought leadership on execution to ensure customer outcomes are achieved as defined in SOW
• Co-lead Steering Committee/delivery governance with delivery Program Manager
• Engage in post-delivery meetings with Customer to discuss future-state solutions and proactively communicate future sales opportunities with Sales
