Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field; Project Management Certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum, Agile framework certification & relevant Agile project delivery experience is required
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 12+ years IT Experience, including 10+ years demonstrated experience in successful delivery of medium to large scale projects. Candidate must have Agile certification & at least 2-3 years of experience in successful delivery of Agile projects. Candidate should also have a good hands-on experience on project delivery using Waterfall, Agile & Hybrid model as necessary. Should have core experience around project budgeting and finance management along with resource planning and management within projects.
13 or more years of experience in project management in IT and business/industry 5 to 8 years of managing projects and taking leadership responsibilities 3 years of managing teams Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field Certified in Project Management (PMP or Prince) Preferred to be a scrum master or carries an agile certificate.
