Project Manager (Industrial Process Heating)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a global industrial machinery manufacturerand provider of process heating solutionsin Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that all the projects assigned are processed through the organization maintaining all scheduled dates and equipment quality using sound engineering and business practices.

-Maintain the project equipment list per the project procedure

-Work closely with the customer after the sale to ensure a successful project.

-Responsible for communicating the financial status of all assigned projects with management.

-Manage and maintain the project schedule utilizing the approved methods and tools used by the company

-Maintain and update project schedules and tasks daily

-Develop and coordinates project schedules with engineering, design, manufacturing, and vendors.

-Ensure all project invoices are sent on time and payment is received in a timely manner.

-Answer for all budget deviations on assigned projects.

-Direct Junior Project Managers on all project related functions

-Oversee the project equipment list and requisition the purchase of all required items for an assigned project

-Control P&ID internal workflow and review project P&ID s per the application/sales and process engineer s design.

-Attend customer or internal weekly project meetings if applicable.

-Ensure that solid engineering judgment and appropriate standards of the company are followed on all assigned projects.

-Submittal requests of all project drawings to the customer, engineering, and manufacturing.

-Communicate the project schedule with the customer / end user.

-Communicate with the project team to meet the project schedule, budget, or customer requirements.

Requirements

-B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from an accredited four-year university.

-5 years project engineering or project management

-Advanced communication skills both technically and commercially are required.

-Must be capable of moving throughout the office as well as traveling to a fabrication shop, or an outside customer job site or office

-Must possess strong math skills and be able to read financial and engineering reports, charts, and graphs.

-Must be able to communicate clearly all ideas and concepts in understandable English.

-Must be prepared for some out of office travel.
