Our client is Africa s portal into the crypto economy. They are building a financial structure that iscentralised in crypto exchange, a lending platform, an NFT marketplace, and other products to fullybring Sub-Saharan Africa into the new world of decentralised finance, ownership, and creativity.With the backing of premier crypto investors and Silicon Valley VC firms, they are now structuringthe introduction of their first product set to our launch markets, which are in Kenya and Nigeria.

Requirements
+4 years of experience in sales in finance (Stock broking/Crypto/Insurance)
Experience with B2B Cold calling
Knowledge of the Crypto Industry
Fintech experience or network base (Payment providers etc.)
Must have an entrepreneurial mind
A proactive, result driven person
Able to work independently and execute tasks with intuition, based on broad instructions/ objectives from superiors
Time-management and organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
Excellent attention to detail
An ability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with threats and at times of high demand.
Responsibilities
Focus on people and financial institutions in Dubai and Kenya for transaction volume and flow through the company s OTC desk (crypto, FX, remittances)
Willingness to travel to Kenya, Nairobi
Identifying and reaching out to institutional client leads
Execute trades in close collaboration with the trading desk
Researching on market & competitor trends in the crypto institutional space
Drafting and closing client or partnership agreements
Proposing new crypto institutional offerings
Maintaining ongoing contact with institutional clients, keeping track of client feedback, and recommending product improvements.
Work closely in a cross-functional team environment coordinating with multiple teams leads to utilise resources in delivering the OTC needs
Define and develop detailed product and business requirements
Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested
Influence product and technology strategy and direction (roadmap), and product and user experience decision-making
Manage engagement with internal and external parties
Evangelise the power of analytics and experimentation in building a data-driven organisation
Actively prioritise product backlog, pre-planning, prioritisation, and user story mapping sessions
Develop product documentation including specifications, wireframes, sitemaps, and process flows.
Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert management of changes to scope, timelines, and resources
