DIGITAL CONTENT AUTHOR

Responsibilities:

• Review content appropriateness and placement to author content for the desired results. Potentially assist in developing standard templates and processes that make it easier for the content owners to provide the content and the end users to find and understand the content.
• Maintain knowledge of the search optimization principles, technology and the integration of potential
• multiple on-line channels. Maintain knowledge of data governance for the web site. Maintain knowledge of functional technology of the authoring system or tools as they change with upgrades and new releases.
• Ensure compliance with the latest web development standards supported by the company, and brand,
• legal, information security (data security and privacy compliance) and document retention standards
• within the content delivered. Understand content update schedules and ability to prioritize work to achieve the desired results in authoring to meet those schedules. Provide feedback to Digital Content Specialists and Sr. Digital Content Specialists for improved authoring capabilities or user experience design considerations.
• Incumbent will be able to take direction for other content related duties as provided by the leadership team.
