Cluster F&B Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

• To set and effectively communicate Food and Beverage revenue goals by outlets and meeting space
• Prepare weekly forecast for overall Food and Beverage by outlets
• Gather and analyze statistics, and all other relevant information to identify potential new trends
• Actively participate in hotel's annual budget preparation by providing statistics and data to foresee future trends
• Recommend, track and analyze F&B promotions based on market trends and seasons
• Assist Director of F&B in setting up monthly F&B upselling targets by outlets
• Ensure sales and pricing strategies are based on sound commercial judgment through effective analysis and reporting
• Engage all relevant hotel teams in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication and effectively implement, drive and review optimal strategies
• Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to create exceptional guest experiences and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
• Ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted in order to identify and maximize on all possible opportunities and minimize any risks
• Ensure Team Members have current knowledge for all relevant processes, policies and promotions, as necessary, to perform their duties
