Black & Grey HR is hiring a Sales Manager for a well-established Infrastructure Solutions provider in UAE. Our client is looking for an ambitious and energetic SalesExport Manager to help the company expand their clientele in the Africa Region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Setting up and expanding the companys products in that region

Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant rolewith Lighting Products/Solutions
- Prior Experience in North/ West Africa is a must
- Prior Experience in North/ West Africa is a must
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Experience is a preference
- Candidate will be based in Dubai, but should be open to frequent travel to Africa
