• Building a strong working relationship with key Kyndryl personas across the Kyndryl organisation in EMEA
• Developing the zStack technical sales strategy for engagement with Kyndryl across EMEA
• Defining and executing the operational model for all zSoftware technical sales activity with Kyndryl across EMEA
• Guiding the EMEA zHardware Technical Sales Specialist for the Kyndryl account in their role to define and execute the operational model for all zHardware technical sales activity with Kyndryl across EMEA
• Interlocking with the zHardware and zSoftware Techline teams that provide support to Kyndryl to ensure that IBM provides a seamless and consistent interface to Kyndryl in all matters related to zStack activity in EMEA.
• Developing a methodology for tracking and reporting all zStack engagements with Kyndryl in EMEA, including all opportunities that deliver revenue to the IBM corporation either from Kyndryl or directly from the end client
