• Closely work with Partner ops team to ensure feedback and incorporate the same in new supply lead strategy to create quality pool.
• Analytics and data drive everything we do: source, transportation, strategy, decisions and people.
• You will be responsible for scaling to new markets and going deeper into existing markets with identification & onboarding of new restaurants or captains, and execute new launch strategies for green field markets, etc.
• Working closely with Senior leaders and City operations in driving the strategy and execution of plans to deliver on Goals
Job Requirements:
• Need to be able to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of people (direct & indirect). Selling ideas and beliefs is what will make you successful.
• Great analytical thinker with deep data analysis to help design solutions and optimize fleet utilization.
• Need to take the initiative, inspire people to raise the bar & set new operating standards, and build a loyal community.
• Hunger to get things done: Super strong project management skills, with a focus on proactively finding practical solutions to problems and demonstrated high levels of bias for action.
