COMPANY, a sole proprietor was born in 1999 as a local promotions company. On January 4, 2000, it was granted a license by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration to operate as an overseas recruitment agency authorized to supply manpower to foreign principals and employers. COMPANY offers opportunities to job seekers in the countryside through its branch offices in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Its offices in Luzon are located in Gumaca, Quezon; Legaspi, Albay; Gapan, Nueva Ecija; Mexico, Pampanga; and Binalonan, Pangasinan. On the other hand, its branch offices in the Visayas and Mindanao are found in Tagbilaran, Bohol and Tagum, Davao, respectively. COMPANY has invested in human resource development by setting up JLPT Technical Education Center, Inc. a language-training institute for worker-applicants for Japan. It has embarked into an education and training program for its employees to make them more productive and efficient. It is gearing towards full automation of its systems and processe. It is working on the re-establishment of a quality management system hoping to acquire once more the ISO Certification that it had enjoyed years ago.
