We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our clients growing team. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth negotiate contracts and drive revenue. Your focus will be on identifying trends within the vegetable industry and ensuring our products meet customer needs while maintaining strong partnerships.
Responsibilities / Basic Job Profile
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longterm client relationships.
2. Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
3. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align business goals.
4. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
5. Collection Responsibilities: Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
6. Product Availability Management: Coordinate with supply teams to ensure product availability for customers.
7. Customer Visits and Coordination: Visit clients and coordinate orders to ensure satisfaction.
8. Contract Negotiation and Fulfillment: Negotiate contracts and ensure fulfillment of terms.
9. Client Retention and Communication: Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements - 4 5 years minimum experience as a Business Development Manager preferably within the agriculture or food production industry.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Agriculture or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Currently in UAE
