Tasks

Organizing imports and exports for international trade
Managing international markets (deliveries to Europe from all over the world)
Registration and preparation of documentation for customs clearance in Europe work with customs brokers
Understanding certification requirements in the EU
Sourcing new service providers on favorable terms for the company
Preparing reports and planning expenses
Working with Business Process Management software
Negotiating and signing contracts with new partners

Requirements

Experience working with transportation companies and knowledge of the freight market
Knowledge of transportation and freight legislation (international logistics)
Experience working with Business Process Management software
Ability to quickly respond to changing requests
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English and Russian languages
