Job Description

- Prepares and develops messaging, briefings and presentations for Boeing Senior Leadership, including the Vice President of Global Engineering People Strategy and other Directors in the organization
- Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
- Project manages, coordinates, and executes strategic Enterprise Engineering initiatives
- Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
- Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture
- Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
