Well Intervention Planning Officer

• Efficiently coordinate theinspection, mobilization, and demobilization of contractorpersonnel, equipment, and materials between offshore and onshorefacilities, ensuring timely jobexecution. • Collaborate with Well InterventionDivision Engineers and Heads of Section to develop effectiveactivity schedules, ensuring the availability of required materialsand equipment. • Prepare purchase requisitionsand purchase orders, ensuring timely processing ofbills. • Work closely with Division Managers toupdate department and division budgets, providing monthly expensetracking and budget comparisons. • Support Headsof Operation in planning and rescheduling manpower rotationoffshore, preparing OVRs and Boat manifestspromptly. KeyAccountabilities - II : • Liaise with contractors to plan andschedule equipment mobilization to and from offshore, keepingmeticulous records of contracts and companymaterials. • Ensure QAQC of all equipment goingoffshore and onshore QG facilities, preparing comprehensive listsof equipment going offshore. • Coordinate withwellsite supervisors for sample analysis at onshore and offshorelaboratories. • Facilitate personnel movement toand from Raslaffan port, booking logistic requirements asneeded. • Travel to onshore warehouses asrequired to meet operationalneeds
