Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences As a Welcome Ambassador / Hostess you will be the first point of contact for our guests providing a warm and professional welcome while ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

What you will be doing:

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests and visitors in a friendly professional and engaging manner.
• Act as the first point of contact in the lobby creating a positive and lasting first impression.
• Assist guests with directions resort information facilities and services.
• Coordinate with Concierge Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance when required.
• Support guest arrivals and departures by providing information and guidance.
• Handle guest inquiries concerns and special requests efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to engage with guests and offer assistance.
• Promote resort facilities dining outlets activities and special promotions.
• Ensure the lobby area remains welcoming organized and aligned with brand standards.
• Foster positive relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in Guest Relations Front Office Concierge Hospitality or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm outgoing and approachable personality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian Arabic German or French are an advantage.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
