- Combined 10 years of experience utilizing the Ellis & Associates Program, including experience as a front-line lifeguard as well as direct supervision of lifeguards
- Operational experience managing lifeguard headcounts over 20 and frontline leadership
- Demonstrated experience with implementing industry best practices to address waterpark risk factors
- General administrative experience with all areas of waterpark operation, including Administration, Training, Operations, and Risk Management
- Significant experience as a lifeguard instructor within the Ellis & Associates program
- Positive contribution to the E&A community
