Watchman

Position Overview:

As a Watchman you will be responsible for monitoring and securing the premises of our clients properties. You will be the first line of defense against potential security threats and will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our clients their employees and their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Monitor and patrol the premises of our clients properties to prevent unauthorized access
• - Perform regular checks of all entry and exit points to ensure they are secure
• - Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activity
• - Report any security breaches or incidents to the appropriate authorities
• - Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks
• - Maintain accurate records of all activities and incidents
• - Assist with emergency response procedures in case of fire theft or other security threats
• - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
• - Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment
• - Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism

Qualifications:

• - High school diploma or equivalent
• - Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations
• - Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• - Knowledge of basic security procedures and protocols
• - Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
• - Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
• - Must be able to obtain a security clearance and pass a background check
