Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality of merchandise.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area.
Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
Good communication with the work team and employee training.
Follow up on job operations and assign appropriate competencies.
Interacting with customers, answering questions and solving problems.
Maintain records, document necessary data, and use reports on warehouse status.
Identify areas for improvement while establishing innovative work procedures and practices.
