Role Summary

• Responsible for managing all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, and dispatch activities for Al Fan Emirates. The role ensures that goods move efficiently from suppliers to stores, maintaining system accuracy, space utilization, and on-time delivery.
• The Warehouse Manager must maintain high standards of safety, team performance, and documentation discipline while driving digital transformation within the department.

Tasks

1. Conduct a full physical stock verification and reconcile with SAP/WMS data weekly.

2. Establish a daily inbound and outbound tracker for all goods received and dispatched.

3. Train all warehouse staff on SOPs for labeling, scanning, and storage.

4. Implementreal-time barcode scanning for receiving and dispatching goods.

5. Prepare weekly transfer and pending delivery summaries for the Head of Warehouse.

6. Maintain warehouse layout map and update section utilization monthly.

7. Identify slow-moving or non-moving stock and coordinate with Buying Department for

clearance.
