- Market Transparency - Enter leads in SieSales in advance by early engagement with customer. Strive for close to 100% market transparent in CRM
- Opportunity Conversion -Widening Siemens scope using value-selling approach and having consultative relationship with customers. Maximize Siemens market share in the Vertical
- Creating Value Based Relationships - Develop and maintain relationship matrix for CXO level connect between customers and Siemens
