- Conduct a high volume of client outreach through email and phone calls daily
- Manage an assigned territory of client vendors and help them optimize their presence on Gartner Digital Markets via review recruitment, brand building and profile completion and accuracy.
- Effectively partner with cross-functional teams to provide an exceptional vendor experience
- Handle objections and use sales techniques to align our solutions to a vendor's business needs
- Lead advisory calls with clients to define a strategy to improve their online reputation
