• Provide our guests with an exceptional arrival and departure experience that makes them feel welcome
• Actively welcome and greet guests in a courteous manner, open doors
• Act as the Ambassador of the hotel
• Engages the guest to provide superior guest service
• Inform guests with savvy knowledge of the hotel, its services, the city, and local happenings
• Be fully aware of what functions are going on in the hotel
• Memorize number plate numbers of our VIP clients and also facial recognition of our frequent guests to ensure they have personal and exclusive service
• Working with the Doorman, Bell Captain and Bellmen to ensure that luggage is handled carefully, accurately and quickly
• Stand in front of the hotel main entrance, obtain keys from drivers, and help with any items or luggage
• Supervise the parking and retrieval of cars
